The rebuild of Our Sanibel Dream completed in February 2025. Please visit the Pointe Santo de Sanibel website for updates on construction and available amenities. Our 2025 pricing is reflective of the possible inconveniences of ongoing construction, but we are confident that our guests will be able to enjoy the beauty and relaxation that Our Sanibel Dream, Pointe Santo and Sanibel Island have to offer!
Rates
- Please contact us directly for pricing and special discounts by completing the Booking Inquiry form below.
- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday; longer terms rentals are available and encouraged.
- Weekly rental rates include all fees with the exception of state and local sales tax (11.5%), which will be added at the time of booking confirmation.
- Payment Options: We accept payment by check or credit card. To keep our base rates competitive, a 3.5% convenience fee will be added to credit card payments to cover processing costs.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- A $500 deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Our Commitment to Flexibility: We understand plans can change and we’re here to help. If you need to cancel, we’ll work with you to provide a full refund of your deposit and rental payment whenever possible, depending on the circumstances. Please note that the 3.5% credit card convenience fee, if applicable, is non-refundable due to payment processing costs. Our goal is to make your experience stress-free and to build lasting relationships with our guests.
- The remaining balance is due in full 1 month prior to check-in date.
