Construction of Our Sanibel Dream is expected to completed in December 2024. Reconstruction of the community pool and whirlpool is underway with completion anticipated by the end of 2024 or early 2025. Construction of the expanded pool deck/pavilion and the office building/community room is expected through the 1st half of 2025. The rates below are reflective of possible inconveniences of ongoing construction, but we are confident that our guests will be able to enjoy the beauty and relaxation that Pointe Santo and Sanibel Island have to offer!

- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday; longer terms rentals are available and encouraged
- Weekly rental rates are inclusive of all fees with the exception of state and local sales tax (11.5%) that will be added at time of booking confirmation
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- $500 deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- We understand that life happens and sometimes travel plans must change. Having said that, we know that most of our guests wouldn’t likely cancel their time in paradise without a very good reason. In the event of a cancellation, we commit to work with you to refund your payments to the best of our ability depending on the circumstances.
- Remaining balance is due in full 1 month prior to check-in date.
